Opening hours

The site is generally open 10am–10pm every day, closing at 10pm each evening. On some dates the gates open later in the morning — including 19–20 November and 23–26 November (from 12pm), 1 December (from 2pm), and most Mondays to Fridays in December (from 11am). Any date not listed opens at 10am.

Entry tickets are sold as one-hour arrival slots between 10am and 8pm, with last entry at 9.30pm. Once you are inside, you can stay as long as you like. For a Christmas trip further afield, see our guide to Disneyland Paris Christmas 2026.

Entry ticket prices

Everyone aged 2 and over needs a timed entry ticket for a specific date and hour. Buy in advance — advance prices end at 23:59 the day before your visit, and while you can buy on the day, you will pay more and popular slots sell out.

  • Off-peak: £1 — green slots, every Monday to Thursday throughout November (half a million £1 tickets available).
  • Standard: £5.50 — gold slots.
  • Peak: £8.25 — orange slots, mostly later in the day and at weekends.

Booking fees are now included in the 2026 prices — “the first price is the final price”. There is also a free entry offer: spend £25 or more on rides, attractions, packages, passes or food-and-drink meal deals in a single advance online transaction and you get free entry (each £25 unlocks one free entry, up to £9.50 per person).

The headline attractions (and what they cost)

Entry gets you in; the big attractions need separate tickets. Prices are advance rates — on-the-day costs more.

The Ice Rink by Priority from O2 — the UK’s largest open-air ice rink, with 45-minute sessions from 10am to 9pm. Skates included, age 3+. Adult £12.65–£19.25, child £9.35–£13.75, family £37.40–£55.00 (off-peak / standard / peak).

Magical Ice Kingdom presents Neverland — new theme for 2026, with more than 500 tonnes of carved ice; about 20 minutes, no age or height limit, wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Adult £10.20–£14.60, child £8–£12.40, family £32–£49.60, concession £9.20–£13.60.

Gandeys K-Pop Dragon Circus — new for 2026: a family circus in the Big Top at Show Town, 55 minutes, no age restriction, shows at 2pm, 4pm and 6pm (plus midday and 8pm on selected days). Adult £13.75–£19.80, child £10.45–£16.50, family £41.80–£66.00.

The Giant Wheel — 70 metres, billed as the world’s largest transportable observation wheel, with 10-minute flights until 9.30pm. Adult/teen £8.80–£12.10, child £6.60–£9.90, family £26.40–£39.60; private pods for up to six from £46.20.

Bar Ice — the −10°C ice bar with an Arctic basecamp theme, 20 minutes with a cocktail included and gloves provided. £17.05–£19.80 (age 12+ after 7pm).

Real Ice Slide — ticket covers two slides; 90cm minimum height, ages 3–12 with an adult. £5.50 advance.

Ice Sculpting Workshops — 40-minute hourly sessions on select days, ticket for two people, age 12+; includes free Magical Ice Kingdom entry. £67.65 standard / £78.65 peak.

Christmas by Candlelight — new for 2026: candlelit Christmas concerts by West End stars in the Show Town Big Top Candlelight Arena, 8.30pm on selected December dates. £35 advance / £37 on the day.

Food, drink and the Christmas market

Beyond the rides, there is The Christmas Market — 60+ traders in 2026 selling handmade crafts, gifts, food and drink, located next to the Ice Rink (enter via the Blue Gate). The Bavarian Village offers cosy chalets, outdoor seating, bars and restaurants with pre-bookable meal packages, and the Fire Pit (presented by Pepsi Max) is an open-air bar with live bands, DJs and marshmallow toasting. You will also find a Street Food Village, Thor’s Tipi Bar, Bar Ice, the Carousel Bar and plenty more. For markets closer to home, browse the best UK Christmas markets.

Getting there

Winter Wonderland sits in Hyde Park with four colour-coded gates, each with its own nearest stations: the Red Gate (Bond Street, Marble Arch), Blue Gate (Hyde Park Corner, Green Park, Victoria), Green Gate (Knightsbridge, High Street Kensington) and Gold Gate (Marble Arch, Paddington). For step-free travel, the official site advises Green Park (Piccadilly/Jubilee lifts) or Bond Street (Central/Jubilee/Elizabeth lifts) — Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge and Marble Arch can be closed at peak times.

Practical notes from the official site: bags are limited to A4 size with 100% bag searches, and suitcases, scooters and bikes are not allowed. Wheelchairs are allowed on the ice rink (ramps in and out). A dedicated accessibility help centre covers every attraction in detail.

Frequently asked questions
