Dates for the 2026 Christmas season
Disney’s Enchanted Christmas runs from 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027 (checked on 30 October 2026), across both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. It follows the Disney Halloween Festival, which ends on 1 November 2026 (checked on 30 October 2026).
A few experiences inside the season keep their own dates. The new musical celebration with Minnie Mouse and Mrs Claus starts from 14 November 2026, and Santa Claus greets guests in his home inside Disney Clothiers on Main Street, U.S.A. until Christmas Day. Both parks will also hold their own New Year’s Eve parties on 31 December 2026 (checked on 30 October 2026).
If you’re weighing this trip against other festive breaks, compare it with the best Christmas markets in Europe in 2026 — many run over the same weeks, so you could even do both.
Christmas shows and entertainment
Most seasonal entertainment is included with park admission. Here is the confirmed line-up for 2026:
Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade returns to Main Street, U.S.A., with characters in festive outfits, illuminated floats and Santa himself. As night falls, the day’s final parade run leads into the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Town Square, with a live choir and festive projections — a genuine goosebump moment and a must-see.
Let’s Sing Christmas! returns to the Videopolis Theatre, with Mickey and friends singing classic carols. New for 2026, Minnie Mouse and Mrs Claus appear together in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle for a brand-new musical celebration featuring original Christmas songs you can only hear at Disneyland Paris, starting from 14 November 2026.
The biggest news of the season is in World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World, which celebrates its first-ever Christmas: Nordic decorations, a towering Christmas tree, and a 15-minute musical interlude led by Olaf with a Christmas carol choir, joined by Anna and Elsa, featuring songs from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure such as “Ring in the Season” and “When We’re Together”. Anna and Elsa also meet guests in brand-new winter outfits, with Oaken, Mossie and Kristoff greeting visitors through the day.
At the Disneyland Hotel, the lobby hosts two holiday shows, The Keeper of Time and The Light of Winter, bringing festive storytelling to life right next to Disneyland Park.
For New Year’s Eve, Disneyland Park closes out the year with characters, DJ parties and a midnight fireworks spectacular above Sleeping Beauty Castle, while Disney Adventure World celebrates with its own parties plus fireworks and drones over World of Frozen, weather permitting. The year-round nighttime spectacular Disney Tales of Magic also plays — showtimes for all entertainment are announced on the day in the official Disneyland Paris app.
Ticket prices
Disneyland Paris prices its tickets dynamically by date, so there is no single fixed price list for the Christmas season: the exact fare for your visit only appears when you select the date in the official booking shop on disneylandparis.com (checked on 30 October 2026). Christmas week and New Year’s Eve are among the most in-demand dates of the year, so expect peak pricing — and book early.
A few practical points from the official site:
- Tickets are not sold at the park entrance — you must buy online in advance, or you may not get in (checked on 30 October 2026).
- You can choose tickets for one park or both parks, for a single day or for several consecutive days.
- Bookings on the official site are currently open up to Spring 2028, so Christmas 2026 dates are bookable now (checked on 30 October 2026).
- Dated tickets are refundable up to a few days before your visit — check the fare conditions at checkout before you pay.
If you’re comparing the total cost of the trip, remember that flying to Paris is just one option — and for a festive city break, Europe’s Christmas markets can be a cheaper alternative to a Disney Christmas.
Getting there from the UK
By train: There is currently no direct Eurostar service between London and Disneyland Paris (checked on 30 October 2026). Instead, travel from London St Pancras to Lille Europe and change to a TGV for Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, or travel to Paris Gare du Nord and take the RER B to Châtelet–Les Halles, then the red RER A line to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, right outside the park gates. The full journey takes roughly three to three and a half hours. Book both legs in advance on eurostar.com and sncf-connect.com — fares are not published here because they vary by date and demand.
By plane: Fly from your nearest UK airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle, from where a direct TGV runs to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. Airlines don’t publish fixed Christmas fares, so check airline sites and compare — and don’t forget to budget for the TGV leg at the end.
From central Paris: If you stay in the city, the RER A runs straight from central Paris stations (Nation, Châtelet–Les Halles, Gare de Lyon) to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy in around 35–40 minutes, with the station a two-minute walk from the park gates.
Where to stay
For the full Christmas immersion, a Disney Hotel package keeps everything in one booking: hotel, park tickets and transport links. The Disneyland Hotel sits steps from Disneyland Park and has its own holiday shows in the lobby this season; Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch suit tighter budgets. Prices vary by date, so check the official site’s booking calendar for your nights.
Staying in central Paris and day-tripping by RER A is a valid alternative, especially if you also want to see the Paris Christmas markets. See our 2026 Christmas markets hub for which Paris markets are open over your dates.
Tips for visiting
- Download the Disneyland Paris app. Showtimes, parade times, character appearances and any weather-related changes are published on the day, not in advance.
- Prioritise the new. World of Frozen’s first Christmas and the new Minnie and Mrs Claus musical are 2026 exclusives — build your day around them, then fill the gaps with classics.
- Dress for winter. Evening shows happen outdoors, and December in Marne-la-Vallée is genuinely cold. Bring layers and comfortable shoes.
- Two days beats one. Christmas entertainment stretches across both parks; a two-day ticket lets you do it without sprinting.
Frequently asked questions
When does Christmas start at Disneyland Paris in 2026?
Disney Enchanted Christmas runs from 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027 (checked on 30 October 2026). The Halloween festival finishes on 1 November, so the Christmas transformation happens in the first week of November.
Is the Christmas parade included in the ticket?
Yes — seasonal entertainment, including Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade, Let’s Sing Christmas! and the Frozen celebrations, is included with park admission. Only a handful of extra experiences, such as reserved parade viewing areas, may cost more or need a separate booking.
What time does the Christmas parade start?
Exact parade and showtimes for 2026 have not been published — the official site asks visitors to check the Disneyland Paris app on the day of the visit.
How long is the train from London to Disneyland Paris?
There are no direct trains. Expect roughly 3–3.5 hours from London St Pancras via Lille Europe (change to TGV) or via Paris Gare du Nord (change to RER trains), depending on your connection.
Can I visit both parks in one day at Christmas?
Yes, with a two-park dated ticket. But with Christmas entertainment in both parks — and World of Frozen’s first Christmas — most visitors will get more from two days, especially during the busy Christmas week.
